- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that are marked as “final sale,” intimate apparel, or accessories that have been used or damaged will not be accepted for return.
2.2 Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. WELLFUNISM TRADE LIMITED will not provide return shipping labels, and the cost of the original outbound shipping is non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
2.3 Refund Process & Timelines
Upon receiving your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return after we receive it.
Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please be aware that it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account by your bank or credit card company. The total time from you shipping the return to seeing the refund in your account may take a minimum of 14 business days, and often longer.
For Refunds Processed via PayPal:
Due to the processing systems of our payment partner, refunds for orders placed with PayPal will take a minimum of 14 business days to be reflected in your PayPal account. Please note that in certain jurisdictions, local consumer laws may require PayPal to extend this processing time to up to 30 days. We appreciate your patience in these instances.

- Ship Your Return: Mail your return package to the address provided by our support team using a traceable and insured carrier. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you must return the original item for a refund following the standard return procedure and place a new order on our website.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

Provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and its packaging. We will review the case and, if validated, provide you with a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund.
